Luis Baldiviezo
General Manager
Luis has been working in technology projects and managing
multiple outsourcing engagements for the past 15 years.
After finishing his studies in Telecommunications, he worked
in Quality Assurance for a security software at Jalasoft
(Bolivia’s largest outsourcing software company). At
Nuevatel (Bolivia’s largest telecommunications company) he
led the development team for the Special Projects division.
In 2013 he partnered with Aitbol and worked on various
telecommunication projects in Bolivia, Mexico and the US.
Luis enjoys spending time with his family and in his
spare time he can be found reading history books or
photographing.
Raul Lopez
Operations Manager
Raul is a senior programmer with the skill set and
experience to take a software project across all stages,
from its early design to its final implementation.
Passionate about clean code and best practices, a big fan of
agile approaches and evolutionary software.
Raul is a
mentoring advocate and can be constantly found in the office
having on-to-one sessions -or all out discussions - with
engineers across all teams. He is always eager to share
advice and knowledge.
In his spare time, Raul likes to
play with his three daughters.

Iberth Fernandez
Chief Architect
Iberth is a Systems Engineer with a programmer’s soul and
has a passion for writing quality code. He understands and
applies modern development practices, always seeking to be
at the forefront. He is deeply immersed in Cloud Computing
and the architecture of Microservices, which allows him to
select the most appropriate technologies when designing
software products that can grow and scale according to the
needs of any Start-up, medium or large company.
Iberth
is grateful for being happily married and the proud father
of two girls. He likes to follow sports, have good coffee,
and travel the world as much as he can.
Cimar Sanabria
Mobile Engineering Lead
Cimar is a passionate and autodidact Software Engineer with
solid knowledge about Software Architecture, Design
Patterns, Algorithms, and Data Structures. Cimar has worked
for more than 17 years at different international software
companies, playing different roles such as Software
Architect, Team Leader and Software developer.
At
CodeFabric, he is the go-to Microsoft stack specialist.
Cimar has broad experience developing Mobile Apps, Cloud
Solutions, and Web applications using technologies such as
.Net, Xamarin, Azure, and SQL Server.
Cimar is not
afraid of new technologies and continues learning and
improving his skills every day. If he runs into a project
requirement that he does not know about, he will research
and make sure to implement it successfully.
In his
spare time, Cimar likes films and to play chess.
Alejandro Rojas
Engineering Lead
Alejandro is a Software engineer with extensive experience
in the development of modern web applications, focusing on
providing the most optimal user experience, making use of
emerging technologies, standards, and good practices.
Alejandro
embraces new challenges with enthusiastic energy, eager to
learn modern and trending technologies. At Code Fabric, he
is sought after to help solve the most challenging
engineering issues. It's not unusual to see
Codefabrickers lining up at his office for assistance or
even booking him in advance.
In his spare time,
Alejandro likes to train and compete in different sports,
spend time with family and discover new places.
